We like our privacy, and work under the assumption that you feel the same about your privacy. We will retain only that information required to serve you, to operate PTMKeys and to improve your experience with us.
Your information will not be shared with, or sold to any third party not directly involved in fulfilling your order.

Shipping –
PTMKeys ships your orders via FedEx Ground. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will ship the rest of your order and inform you of the time we expect to ship the remaining item(s). Please contact us for options and pricing on expedited shipping. Shipping on keyboard orders is complimentary. PTMKeys ships Yamaha products only to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges–
Everything we do at PTMKeys is about making your musical experience as rewarding as possible. If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
Returned items must be in the original packaging with all contents as originally received and no signs of wear or use.
Exceptions: No software product may be returned once the seal has been broken. Headphones may not be returned once they have been worn. Special order and closeout items are not returnable.
